“We learned how to make Original Spritz and two different types of pasta from scratch: fettuccine and spaghetti. The class was hands-on, and we got to practice all of the steps involved in making pasta, from kneading the dough to rolling it out and cutting it into shapes. At the end of the class, we got to enjoy a delicious meal of our own homemade pasta. I would highly recommend taking a pasta making class with Marco to anyone who loves food and wants to learn a new skill.”
