Traveling solo as a vegetarian can be challenging, but this tour made me feel so welcome! I met wonderful people and ate incredible food. The fava bean puree, the Roman-style gnocchi, the chocolate mousse… each dish was better than the last. Our guide Luca was friendly and made everyone feel included. Highly recommend for solo travelers!
My daughter is vegan and we were worried about finding good food in Rome. This tour was a lifesaver! Every restaurant had amazing plant-based options. The fried zucchini flowers stuffed with vegan cheese were incredible. Isabella, our guide, knew exactly where to take us. We felt so welcomed and well-fed!

Fantastisch! We walked through the beautiful cobblestone streets of Trastevere, stopping at hidden gems only locals know. The grilled vegetables with herbs were so simple yet so flavorful. The tiramisu at the end (vegetarian version!) was the best I’ve ever had. Our guide Lorenzo was entertaining and informative. Highly recommended!
Being vegetarian in Rome can be challenging, but this tour proved otherwise! We discovered incredible plant-based versions of classic Roman dishes. The eggplant parmigiana and fresh pasta with seasonal vegetables were exceptional. The local wine pairings were perfect. Highly recommended!
