Anche per noi romani questa è stata una scoperta! Non conoscevamo tutti questi ristoranti vegetariani nascosti a Trastevere. La focaccia ripiena, i fiori di zucca fritti, la burrata cremosa… tutto fantastico. La guida Simona ci ha fatto vedere il quartiere con occhi nuovi. Esperienza super consigliata anche per i locali!
Absolutely wonderful experience! I’ve been vegetarian for 20 years and this was hands down the best food tour I’ve done. The fresh buffalo mozzarella, the crispy vegetable fritti, the aromatic pesto pasta… all incredible. Our guide Roberto was so passionate about Roman cuisine and culture. If you’re in Rome, don’t miss this!
I’m not even vegetarian, but this tour completely changed my perspective on meat-free Italian cuisine. The flavors were so rich and satisfying! The chef at our last stop explained how traditional Roman recipes can be adapted beautifully. An eye-opening and delicious experience.

This tour was the perfect introduction to Roman vegetarian cuisine! We tried so many different dishes – the panzanella salad was refreshing, the truffle pasta divine, and the cannoli filled with sweet ricotta was to die for. Our guide Davide was entertaining and made sure we understood the history behind each dish. Amazing value!
This vegetarian food tour exceeded all expectations. Francesco, our guide, was passionate and knowledgeable. We tasted everything from traditional cacio e pepe to innovative vegetable-based dishes. The wine selection perfectly complemented each course. A true gastronomic adventure!
