Can I include additional participants to my reservation?

Absolutely! Should you wish to add more guests to your reservation, simply reach out to our customer support team for assistance. The ability to accommodate additional participants will be subject to availability.

When is it possible to modify my reservation?

You are allowed to make changes to your booking up to 24 hours prior to the tour’s scheduled start time. Modifications requested within 24 hours of the tour date may still be possible, but could be subject to additional charges.

How do I change my booking?

To alter your reservation, we invite you to get in touch with our customer service team with livechat, telephone, or email (info@topromestreetfood.com). For bookings made via a third-party service, please contact them directly for any changes to your booking.

NOTE

• Please ensure you do not have food allergies and are able to walk, as this tour is conducted on foot.The venues we visit and the dishes we try may vary with the seasons. 
• We will conduct the tour in all weather conditions, so please remember to wear comfortable shoes and casual clothing. 
• This tour is eco-conscious, as a portion of our profits supports sustainable initiatives.
•  The itinerary and menu are subject to change based on location availability, weather conditions, time, and other unforeseen circumstances.
• Transportation from your hotel to the starting point is NOT included in the fee. Taxis or buses present a convenient alternative.
• Attendees should possess at least a moderate degree of physical fitness.
• Nearby, there are available options for public transport.
• Assistance animals are permitted.
• The dress code is smart casual.
• Vegetarian options can be provided if requested beforehand. Indicate this in the ‘special requirements’ section upon reservation.
• We are unable to cater to vegan, gluten-free, or dairy-free diets.
• This excursion is NOT recommended for individuals with severe nut and dried fruit allergies.
• The sites visited during the tour may vary.Babies and toddlers may use a baby carriage or buggy.
